Concrete benchtops and furniture: what to plan first
A concrete benchtop or table is a made-to-measure piece, not an off-the-shelf product. A little planning up front saves most of the back-and-forth. Here is what we ask about when someone in Bunbury or the South West wants one.

Where it will live
Indoor and outdoor pieces are not the same job. A kitchen bench needs a sealer chosen for food and stains. A garden table or bench has to cope with sun and weather. Tell us the room, and whether the piece will sit in direct sun or rain.
Size, shape and edges
Give us the length, depth and thickness you have in mind, and whether it needs cut-outs for a sink or cooktop. Edge profiles change the look and the feel. A sketch or a photo of something you like is enough to start.

Surface finish
Concrete can be left with a flat, even finish or ground and polished to bring out its colour and texture. Our concrete furniture page covers the pieces we make, such as benchtops, tables and benches.
Delivery and fit
Concrete is heavy. Think about access, stairs and the support underneath before ordering. Telling us early lets us plan how it gets to you and how it is fitted.

Who it is for
We make pieces for homes (see our residential page) and for shops, offices and venues (see commercial).
